The soft glow of the late afternoon sun |
I think the soft, warm days of fall are officially gone now-after all, winter is just a week away. It now remains but a memory preserved in images to live vicariously for those who chose to do so. And long for, as the cold winds bite through to the core. The memory will keep me warm, as does the shadow of your smile.
Join us as a group of us (yes-there are many of us!) from around the world post our shadow shots over at Shadow Shot Sunday 2. Entertain your muse and be amused by stopping by to see what others have posted!

The cactus looks quite spikey and love the beautiful lighting in the first scenic photo.
They are so lush with shadows and light. The cactus is almost smiling. Brings a smile to my face.
Yes, it's time for nature in the Northern Hemisphere to relax for a few month to gain it's vigour for spring's new growth.
The shadowy spikes on the cacti are devilish smiling at the unwary who just might test the sharpness of said spikes. I'd look but not touch!
Nice graphic shadows as you know how to find ! ;-)
1st shot has very creative shadows and cacti are always intriguing!
Wishing you the magic and love of the season,
