Portals often hold secrets for anyone curious enough to enter them. If you dare.
As I've said before, anything within the vicinity of the Santa Fe Plaza is bound to have a vignette of some kind vying for your attention. Doors are always a good way to demand attention-done right, of course.
Such as this one.
Here's a closer look:
You might be wondering what is causing this curious shadow. It is the lattice work above this hall that is an exterior hall of sorts-or alley if you have an easier time with that image.

What a marvelous find! Not just the door, which is gorgeous, but the shadows within.
I have a weakness for doors and gates and I really like this one. Good job, Paula!
That is a beautiful shot - love the colors
Turquoise seems to be a color of NM - I think of rings with the stones of this hue, and now doors are of the same bold color - a color I like. Perhaps turquoise is one of the beautiful things in the Land of Enchantment!
great find here paula...love it!!!!!
Great catched girl.
Love the lacey look of your crispy shadow. The colour is outstanding too. Luv it!
Happy SSS...
BTW,
I am wondering how you update your columns under your header? I am interested on that thing. Any suggestions? TY a mill.

Fascinating latticework of shadows contrasting with the verticals of colour and the delightful blue of the door!
Oh my, that second shot is stunning! Have a great weekend Paula.
Purple and blue combined is beautiful.
Hope you'd come by and see my Shadows. Enjoy your weekend!
A very interesting door and accompanying shadows. The colorful door is definitely eye catching and inviting.
I love this kind of colorful doors. It a pity that most of the cities look so boring...
Happy Sunday!
Yes, I like this too! My building's hallways and doors could use some colorful treatments like this! I am glad you enlarged the glass SSS reflection!
What a wonderful quote, and I thank you for explaining the unusual shadow at the top. This was quite a fine find and your shot it beautifully. genie
What an intriguing post, Paula! The doors are beautiful.
Have a nice week.
