Life is too short to take too seriously. Seriously!
That ability to retain the spirit of play, of being whimsical, seems to fade and disappear for many as they become adults. We let ourselves get stressed out by so many things and forget to balance it out with the spirit of play. If this rings true for you, then let this be a gentle reminder to get back in touch with that inner child and give yourself permission to play!
