Radiant Mary at Chimayo: Day 7

"Radiant Mary" © Paula Scott Molokai Girl Studio

"Perfect in Every Moment"

I remember one morning. Getting up at dawn. There was such a sense of possibility. We were going to do everything. Do you know that feeling? I remember thinking: "This is the beginning of happiness." That's what I thought. "So this is the feeling. This is where it starts. And of course there'll always be more." It never occurred to me: it wasn't the beginning. It was happiness. It was the moment, right then.            ~Clarissa in "The Hours" (David Hare, screenwriter)

And that's where it is.

A tradition that has gone on for many years now-where a group of bloggers (and anyone is welcome to join) will post for the first 12 days of December images that represent the Mother of Jesus. It ends on the Feast day of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
Some will write amazing words of inspiration and prayer. Others tell a story. Often, the image alone conveys the message and that is enough.
Come see what others have shared over at Rebecca's page. Feel free to join in with us whether if it's for one day or all 12!

Paula, I am so taken when you post photos of Chimayo because I was there, I guess. I don't specifically remember this madonna, but she is lovely.
