Southwest Soliloquy

ABC Wednesday is a word meme with participants from around the world. This fabulous meme was created and hosted by Mrs. Denise Nesbitt who hails from Great Britain. Over time, others have joined in to help host this wonderful and informative meme. We are now in our NINTH round! Some of the participants have been with this from the very first round; others have joined in along the way. Each week we are taken across the globe to see the varied and exciting contributions people have taken the time to discover and capture. We start with the letter, "A" and each week we post something in regards to the next letter of the alphabet. This week's letter is, "S".

Steering Wheel

Oh, I was so wrong in last week's post when referring to the rear view mirror image as belonging to a T-Bird. So, very wrong! I should've looked at this subsequent image that I had lined up since it is from the same car and lo and behold! There is the Chevy insignia on the steering wheel. So, what ever model of Chevy this is, it reminds me of a T-Bird. Whatever it is, it is sweet! But I am so sorry...

SSSSSSSnow!!!!

Photo from last winter. We haven't had snow fall at this elevation yet-not anything that stuck anyway. Our local mountains have though, which is great for the ski season.

SOUTHWEST SEDONA

There is nothing quite like the spectacular, sensational, southwest-Sedona to be exact. We have it all here in the greater southwest: sensational, spectacular, serene, sublime...all rolled up into one. Now, that's something to shout about! Or, have a soliloquy if you so desire.

We haven't had snow here either...yet. ") Sedona is such a gorgeous place. I have been there a few times and each time I am enchanted by the beauty of the red rock.

Great S post. The steering wheel reminds me of the barbie car my daughter had when she was a girl.

You did again! All kind of "S" words! You are very clever.
Thanks for your visit and comment. You are right: special sand is needed for the sculptures.
Have a great week, Paula!

Oh,I don't know cars at all! Still, confession is good for the historic record!

Great S words, Paula, - and wonderful photos to go with them. We have had a big snow storm, but it all disappeared today in a chinook.

As much as possible, I avoid steering wheel hehehe. I am not a very good driver.

Shoes, have a happy Thanksgiving!
