...To Santa Fe?
A few weeks ago, I was at a day and a half symposium held at the New Mexico History Museum in Santa Fe. The windows maintained these lovely shadows throughout the day. So, of course, during one of the breaks, I snuck a picture in!
One the second day, I made sure I got there a little early to stroll around and take more photos of the town before it wakes up for the day.
You know, when I photographed this profile of the church, I thought for sure it was the St. Francis Basilica, but, in looking at it on my computer, it seems like it's a different church, Oh, well...it really is all about the shadows. Bottom line, is that I don't think I can provide you with accurate information as to which church this is in Santa Fe! Sorry...

I can hear Dionne singing the tune to the revised lyric. A snappy fun tune, a fabulous town. This museum has a neat exterior that mirrors the true southwest, faux adobe maybe - but to one who lives in new England, the true look of NM to me. The church you have captured looks so old world, so European. It has classic lines, a shrine for worship ad meditation. Santa Fe is absolutely stunning!

Never been to Santa Fe, though I've always wanted to...and I think the price of gas these days may still prevent it, guess I'll enjoy it through you huh! Have a great Sunday!!!
