Deep In Those Shadows

A funny little heart shaped hole in a tree (no bigger than an inch, really) with spider webs acting as guardians to the entry. One can't help but wonder what caused that hole to be there and then how long has it been there to have all those bits and pieces of moss and lichen growing in this tiny world. These are the thoughts that cross my mind when I encounter something like this.

Join us as a group of us (yes-there are many of us!) from around the world post our shadow shots over at Shadow Shot Sunday 2. Entertain your muse and be amused by stopping by to see what others have posted!
