Aloha Oe

© Paula Scott Molokai Girl Studio

I love the simplicity and grace that comes with this shadow. It is just there on a rock on the ground-so unassuming and something that is easily passed by without notice. Yet, when you do notice it, it really grabs you with those graceful lines that are in contrast with the smooth, round surface of the rock. Well, maybe not you, but it does me.

When you get in the habit of noticing the lovely little details of life, things like this become more readily noticed. I truly believe that it has a huge impact on learning how to be in the moment-a quest that many seek.

In the meantime, join us as a group of us (yes-there are many of us!) from around the world post our shadow shots over at
Shadow Shot Sunday 2. Entertain your muse and be amused by stopping by to see what others have posted!
