I'm A Little Teapot...

Shall I torment you with this little song that is associated with teapots? I dare you to click on the link (it might bring a smile to your face).

To be truthful, I no longer recall where I took this photo. On a past trip perhaps, but it was on my Olympus camera and I haven't had that camera since 2007. I decided to pull this one out in spite of the fact that I have an enormous catalog of current shadow images to choose from-thanks to the abundantly sunny days we have here in the southwest.

However, the manipulation of the image was done today, so it's not entirely 'old'! I ended up in the Mac Ap store for photos this afternoon and I love this Vintage ap-very affordable at $7.99 and dirt simple to use! I'm a happy camper...

I love finding things like this (the photo ap) especially since my favorite (Picnik) is shutting down soon. Granted, I do have Adobe's CS5 Photoshop, but these aps are so easy and so fun. I think you'll agree!

Every week, a group of us from around the world post our shadow shots over at Shadow Shot Sunday 2. Entertain your muse and be amused by stopping by to see what others have posted! You can view all of my 2011 Shadow Shot Sunday images on my Flickr account. Click here to view them.

Terrific shadow shots for the day, Paula!! I hate to lose Picnik, too! Hope I can find another one without having to buy Photoshop, but we'll see! Have a great weekend!

A tea ball sits, its perforations just big enough for the water and tea to mingle into a wonderful treat. age of the photo matters not, the memory and artistry mingling perfectly at any time in any era...the shadows look great in the second, we see their shapes very well - yet the faded view softens the shadows. Cool it is!

OK. I clicked and listened to the first verse. I couldn't take any more!

haha. I hope it doesn't stick in my head.

That doesn't look like a teapot to me. I must not be looking at it correctly!

Happy Shadow Shot Sunday, Paula ~

Lovely, Paula.
I should check out that app. There's another one my husband recommended, too, if I can just remember the name of it because he's not home right now.
