12 Days of Mary: Day 11

"it's not about religion, it is about sharing" (Rebecca Brooks)

(photo taken at the Holy Cross Church in Espanola, NM)

You remain with us through your admirable image,

you are our Mother, our health and our life.

Placing ourselves beneath your maternal gaze

and having recourse to you in all our necessities

we need do nothing more.

today marks the eleventh day of december;
this being day eleven of twelve days of mornings with mary.
everyone is invited.
while this is not about religion, it is about sharing,
about opening hearts, rejoicing in ultimate mother love.
it is about  light, beauty, inspiration, thoughtful regard.
a welcome chance to begin each new day together
in beauty and peace.

Come see what others have shared over at Rebecca's page. Feel free to join in with us

A beautiful bouquet of roses for the Rose of Sharon, the lily of the Valley and the Mother of us all. Lovely.

dear one,

each morning we have thrown open the doors to our hearts.

we have called out glory, love, compassion.

day after day we have set out welcoming chairs in the

house of belonging.

lifting the veil of sacred existence.

beveled off the edges of difference and distance

to see more deeply the

unbearable beauty of simply being,

one.

for this and so much more i thank you,

and look forward to our forever

mornings.
